The topics discussed include the role of using climate and climate change information for fire management. Examples will be provided of sources of climate information, and how this and climate change information is being considered for use in fire management. Presentations will include perspectives from researchers providing climate information for decision-making, and from fire management at Yosemite National Park utilizing this type of information. This webinar was hosted by the Wildland Fire Lessons Learned Center, the Joint Fire Science Program, the International Association of Wildland Fire and The Nature Conservancy Fire Learning Network.
