On the Dude Fire Staff Ride, we retraced the steps of people who were under pressure. Some of those people handled pressure well. Some didn’t. For a richer understanding of the Dude Fire, we should focus on what happens when people are overcome by events; then we might be in a better position to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
