This 25-minute video produced by the Wildland Fire and Lessons Learned Center and the NWCG Leadership Development Program covers eight aspects of the After Action Review (AAR) process to aid managers in conducting an AAR in various situations. The eight topics covered in this video include: How to set up an AAR; restating a point; handling upwards delegation of blame; bringing out quiet ones; tactfully interrupting a dominant member; pursuing issue to root cause; using "negative polling" to ask questions; and asking open-ended questions.
