A systematic review of the accidents and incidents that occurred within the USDA Forest Service wildland fire system between 2007-2016. The review includes qualitative and quantitative results, including multiple focus groups developed to explore the themes exposed by the systematic review. The full results are presented in multiple formats, including annotated PDF's of the full report, individual chapters, an audio book, storymaps, and recorded webinars. There is also information available for those looking to facilitate discussion of these findings.
