Three Rivers, CA
I am a National Park Service fire ecologist in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks (SEKI) primarily working on fire effects and investigating past and contemporary fire regimes across park landscapes. In addition to SEKI I have also had positions in plant or fire ecology in Yellowstone, Everglades, and Denali National Parks and at the Laboratory of Tree-Ring Research, University of Arizona. I have an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Montana and a graduate degree in Forest Watershed Management from the University of Arizona.
