Prescribed fire is an important tool for management of many ecosystems, but often there is a gap between how much managers would like to see fire used and how often it actually is. In this piece, the Northern Rockies Fire Science Network explores three perspectives on what people see as the barriers to implementing prescribed fire in the region.
